Business plans require an appetite for research and clarity of ideas. Promotional copy is short and persuasive. With 15 years of varied content writing experience, I am able to write effective purposeful content suited to your specific needs.

Design Work

I possess an artistic eye and enjoy graphic design work. This interest has led to frequent work in creating promotional posters and flyers. Promotional video creation is another skill in my toolbox. I like the challenge of pairing and matching music to video clips to create a particular mood or ambience. Examples of my work can be found in the portfolio section of this website.

My Process

Before writing, I like to conduct an interview in order to get better acquainted with the company’s products, services, prospects and marketing needs.

I will do further research on my own and review background materials available prior to writing so I am as informed as possible. On an agreed timeline,  I will submit the copy for review.

There will be no extra charge for revisions.

Fees

I typically work on a fixed price per assignment.  If hourly pay is more suitable for your project, however,  I am able to accommodate that option as well.

If you would like to hire me for copywriting services, here is the process for a fixed price assignment:

After discussing your project, I will send you an agreement outlining the fee, the submission date, and the terms of our working relationship for the project.  The initial deposit is 50% of the project fee unless we have agreed on other arrangements.  Work commences once the deposit and the signed agreement is received.

Included in the fee:

• time and materials for research
• time to write your copy
